What is PCBOLIVIA.ORG?

PCBOLIVIA.ORG is a (well, will be) resource center for anything and everything related to Peace Corps Bolivia. It is a place for PCVs and RPCVs to get together, trade info, swap stories, and whatever else. It is also place friends and family and anyone else to get info about Peace Corps Bolivia and Bolivia in general.
